Enna Return & Exchange Policy
1. Store Credit Only
We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, you’ll receive a store credit equal to your original purchase amount, which can be used on future orders or exchanged for items of equal value.
2. 7‑Day Exchange Period
Exchanges are welcome within seven days of your in‑store purchase or the delivery date of your online order.
3. Like‑New Condition Required
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other marks.
4. Intact Labels
All original tags and labels must remain attached and in the same position they were in at purchase.
5. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt is required for all exchanges or to issue store credit.
6. Color Restrictions
Only colored garments are eligible for exchange. White items cannot be exchanged or returned.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While Enna inspects every order before shipping, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at (786) 690-9232 with photos of the issue so we can approve your exchange quickly.
8. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error or damage was caused by Enna.
9. One Exchange per Receipt
Each sales receipt may be used for a single exchange only.
10. Final‑Sale Items
Items purchased with any discount (flash sales, promo codes, clearance, etc.) or with a gift card are final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit.
11. No Exchanges on Accessories
Jewelry, hats, belts, handbags, and other accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
